Whole Body Cryo Therapy involves nitrogen cooling the air around your body and your skin, shoulders down, for 2-3 minutes, triggering your body to react against the cold. It increases blood flow drawing it to your core, picking up oxygen and nutrients.
Local (spot) Cryo (5-7 minutes) Stimulates blood flow at a targeted area. Reduces pain, swelling, and inflammation to specific areas of the body for a quicker recovery. May help reduce fat deposits. Can be combined with WBC to treat injury, pain, or problem areas for an even quicker recovery.
Cryo Facial (10-12 minutes) Chilled air to the scalp, face and neck.
Stimulates collagen production leading to greater elasticity, smoother, firmer skin, and repairing dead skin cells. Reduces pore size, puffiness and fine lines. Can give relief for skin conditions. Helps with headaches and migraines. Stimulates hair follicle growth on the scalp.
